In addition to the high quality standards used in manufacturing, EVERY PixPad is inspected before it is shipped to you.
For shipment, each PixPad is carefully packaged. Simple PixPads are packaged in their own white and blue printed boxes (ideal for gifting). Frame-style PixPads (Serenity Framed and Blue Floral Framed) are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. All styles are then placed inside a sturdy cardboard box for shipment to you. We NEVER ship in bubble, poly, or Kraft mailers.
If you are not happy with your PixPad for any reason, please inform us with 7 days of receipt. We will arrange return postage and refund your payment when the returned item is received.
If your shipment is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of the arrival of your shipment. You will be emailed a PrePaid Return Shipping Label. Once we can confirm your return is in transit, your return/exchange will be shipped to you (at our expense).
If the original packaging is damaged to the point where it cannot be used to return the product, please send us pictures so we can file a claim with the carrier and we will contact you to arrange the replacement.
